The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale or GTC is, on the one hand, to inform any potential Purchaser of the terms and conditions under which the Dépôt Dubaï webwebsite sells and delivers the products ordered and on the other hand part, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by Dépôt Dubaï to the consumer or the Buyer. They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of products offered by Dépôt Dubaï on its webwebsite accessible via the Internet at the address : https://depot-dubai.com/en/
Consequently, the fact that the Buyer orders a product offered for sale on the Dépôt Dubaï webwebsite constitutes full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to his Order.
Dépôt Dubaï reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. However, the General Conditions of Sale applicable to the order are those accepted by the Purchaser at the time of placing the order.
These General Conditions of Sale are supplemented by the General Conditions of Use of the website.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDERS
2.1 - PRICES
The selling prices of the products online on Dépôt Dubaï’s webite, indicated in euros, dollars and pounds, are those in force at the time of placing the order by the Purchaser. The prices are applicable in the context of distance selling. The selling prices of the products can be modified by Dépôt Dubaï at any time. This modification will be notified to the Purchaser before any order.
These prices do not include shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased. The shipping costs will be indicated before the order is registered by the Purchaser. The different shipping methods are provided below in the Terms and Conditions; they can be modified at any time by Dépôt Dubaï which also advises any Buyer to regularly consult these Terms and Conditions appearing on the website.
Prices do not include value added tax (VAT) not applicable. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products. Furthermore, the prices advertised on the website do not take into account customs fees and other costs possibly linked to the importation of the products.
2.2 - PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The Buyer can take note of the main characteristics of the product (s) he wishes to order by clicking on the product sheet. The Buyer can select one or more products from the different categories offered. In the event that certain products in the Buyer’s order are out of stock, the latter will be notified by e-mail or by telephone.
Following any constraints and stock-outs linked to suppliers, Dépôt Dubaï can modify the assortment of products offered for sale on its website at any time, without prejudice to Orders placed by the Buyer. In accordance with Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code.

2.3 - AVAILABILITY
- The Buyer’s order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
- The Buyer will be informed by e-mail.
- The Buyer’s order will be partially validated and his bank account will only be debited for amounts corresponding to the products available.
- The Buyer’s order will be partially canceled and refunded for unavailable products.
- The Purchaser will be delivered of the available products.
2.4 - ORDER
Any order implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, of the General Conditions of Use without prejudice to the specific contractual conditions concluded between the Parties.
Before validating his order, the buyer has the opportunity to check the details thereof and correct any errors.
The distance sales contract is concluded from the moment the buyer confirms his order by validating the payment. He is considered to have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the Order, in particular the terms and conditions.
Once this step has been validated, the sale will be final (subject to the exercise by the buyer of his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in Article 5 of these GTC). The order will be confirmed to the buyer by an “Order Confirmation” email.
Dépôt Dubaï may at any time suspend or cancel any execution of an order or delivery, regardless of its execution status, in the event of non-payment, in the event of a payment incident, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of the Dépôt Dubaïwebwebsite, including on the occasion of previous orders.
ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT

The Buyer can use PayPal to pay for orders on the website. It will be redirected to a secure PayPal page. They must enter the email address linked to their PayPal account and password when paying for the order. In the case of an item return, the refund will be made to the PayPal account used for the payment of the original order.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY
The products ordered by the customer will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer as the delivery address on the order concerned (“Delivery Address”).
4.1 THE DIFFERENT MODES OF DELIVERY
HOME DELIVERY
COLISSIMO: The package containing the products ordered and paid for is placed in the letterbox at the Delivery Address provided by the buyer. Delivery time 14 to 21 working days for Metropolitan France. Delay of 14 to 21 working days to Overseas. Delay of 14 to 21 days to Europe. Delay of 21 to 28 days internationally.
In the event that the letterbox is of insufficient size, the Purchaser or the recipient of the Order receives a delivery notice, allowing him to collect the package at the place indicated in this delivery notice within 10 to 14 days.
In the event that the package is not collected within the time period indicated on the calling card, the package is returned to Dépôt Dubai. In this case, the buyer will be reimbursed for the amount of the Order, delivery costs deducted, on the same means of payment as for the purchase.
The e-mail “Your colissimo has been delivered” from colissimo or the tracking number with mention of the carrier “Your package is delivered to your mailbox”) constitutes proof of delivery by Dépôt Dubaï and receipt by l ‘Buyer or recipient of the Order of the products ordered in his letterbox. No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered in the letterbox, the carrier’s tracking and computer system are proof of delivery.
DELIVERY TO RELAY POINT
MONDIAL RELAY: The package containing the products ordered and paid for is left at the collection point previously selected by the customer when ordering. Delivery time 14 to 21 working days, longer time for Spain, Netherlands, Germany. The Purchaser of the Order has a period of 8 days from receipt of the e-mail indicating the availability of his package at the indicated collection point, to collect it. The withdrawal is only possible on presentation of the identity document and the signature of the Purchaser or recipient of the order.
After this period, the package is returned to Dépôt Dubaï. In this case, the buyer will be reimbursed for the amount of the order, delivery costs deducted, on the same means of payment as for the purchase.
The signature affixed by the purchaser or recipient of the order constitutes proof of receipt by the purchaser or recipient of the order of the products ordered. No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible, as the package can only be collected on presentation of proof of identity.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Note, Dépôt Dubaï relies for each country on one of the local postal services and reserves the right to change international carrier if it deems necessary. It is understood that this choice of our company will be without consequence for the Buyer.
The delivery methods therefore differ from one country to another.
In general, on delivery, a distribution slip or an acknowledgment of receipt must be signed by the purchaser or recipient of the Order. This acknowledgment of receipt constitutes proof of delivery by Dépôt Dubaï, and of receipt by the Buyer or the recipient of the Order, of the products ordered.
When the package could not be delivered, in particular in the event of the absence of the Buyer or the recipient of the Order, the Buyer or the recipient of the Order generally receives a transit advice note, allowing him to collect the package at the office. post indicated in the transit advice note, for a period of 10 to 21 days. However, delivery terms varying from one country to another, the Buyer is invited to regularly consult the tracking of his package, via the link in the email informing the Buyer of the shipment of his Order, to obtain information relating to the delivery of his Order.
In the event that the package is not collected within 10 to 21 working days from receipt of the transit advice note (or failing the first delivery attempt by the local postal service), the package will be returned. to Dépôt Dubaï and the Buyer refunded, on the same means of payment delivery charges deducted.
4.2 DELAY IN DELIVERY
4.3 - PROBLEM WITH THE PACKAGE RECEIVED
When the buyer receive his package, the buyer or the recipient is invited to check the apparent condition of the package and the contents of the package.
In the event of an anomaly relating to the package (damaged package, open package, trace of liquid, etc.) or to the contents of the package, the Buyer or the recipient must imperatively follow the procedures described below (Articles 5.2.1 and 5.2. 2). Failure to comply with the procedure precludes any recourse against the carrier and Dépôt Dubaï. In other words, the Buyer will not be able to claim any refund or may not claim that the website will deliver the ordered products again.
4.3.1 DAMAGED PACKAGE PROCEDURE
HOME DELIVERY
- Refuse delivery and immediately issue all reservations regarding the anomaly detected in a clear and detailed manner. These reservations must be indicated by the Purchaser or the recipient of the Order on the delivery voucher.
- Report the refusal to Dépôt Dubaï customer service.
- Do not open the package. Please note: opening the package excludes any recourse against Dépôt Dubaï
- Return the unopened package to La Poste within five working days of delivery
- Establish a “report of spoliation” with La Poste.
- Report the refusal within 48 hours to Dépôt Dubaï customer service.
DELIVERY TO RELAY POINT
- Do not accept the package. Please note : opening the package excludes any recourse against Dépôt Dubaï.
- Report any damage or shortcomings observed and formulate all complaints and reservations with the Dépôt Dubaï Service.
4.3.1 PROCEDURE FOR A MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
The Buyer or the recipient of the order must report the absence or degradation of the product to Customer Service Dépôt Dubaï promptly and at the latest within 48 working hours of delivery.
Dépôt Dubaï may request any information relating to the identity of the Buyer or the recipient and carry out any necessary verification on this occasion. Evidence such as photos may be requested from the Buyer.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer can only exercise his right of withdrawal from receipt of his order. The product (s) for which the Purchaser wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must be delivered and / or returned in a condition suitable for re-marketing (products in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unused or damaged, accompanied by accessories, samples, instructions, etc.). If the Buyer has benefited on the website from an offer against purchase, giving him the right, under conditions, to one or more product (s) offered in return for his Order and, as a result of the exercise of his right of withdrawal, the latter is no longer eligible for the offer in question; the Purchaser must then send the product (s) he wishes to return accompanied by the product (s) offered (s) received in return for the Order of the product (s) returned.
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the package containing the products ordered, to exercise his legal right of withdrawal. without having to justify its decision.
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for Orders relating to:
- the supply of goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
In accordance with article L221-23 of the Consumer Code:
- The consumer returns or returns the goods to the professional or to a person designated by the latter, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days following the communication of his decision to withdraw in accordance witharticle L. 221- 21
Subject to compliance with these conditions in terms of time, condition of products and terms of return of products, the Buyer will obtain a refund of returned products and delivery costs. In accordance with Article L221-24 of the Consumer Code. Dépôt Dubaï undertakes to reimburse the Buyer according to the method of payment used for the initial transaction or any other means after agreement of the Buyer.
ARTICLE 6 -LEGAL GUARANTEES
All products for sale on the website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (as defined in articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (as defined in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code), allowing the buyer to return defective or non-compliant delivered products free of charge.
Products modified, repaired, integrated or added by the Purchaser are excluded from warranty. T The warranty does not cover apparent defects. The warranty will not cover products damaged during transport or due to improper use.
As part of the legal guarantee of conformity, Dépôt Dubaï commits to the choice of the Purchaser:
- either to replace the product with an identical product depending on available stocks,
- or to reimburse the price of the product if it proves impossible to replace a product.
As part of the legal warranty against hidden defects, Dépôt Dubaï, at the choice of the Purchaser, undertakes, after evaluation of the defect:
- Either to reimburse him the full price of the returned product,
- Or to reimburse part of the price of the product if the Purchaser decides to keep the product.
